Abstract
This is a 46-page stapled children's book 6½" x 7¼". Its size and approach remind one of "Little Golden Books." Its special gift lies, I believe in the four full-page colored illustrations, beginning with DS on the front cover. The others are FS (11), BC (23), and an image of a crow and a hard-shelled animal floating in water (37). The latter looks like a small nautilus. There are also frequent fine line-drawings. There are twelve fables, listed on a T of C at the beginning.
