Abstract
Defense document for TOJO, Hideki, Prime Minister of Japan, presented to the Tribunal as Exhibit No. 3661 during the reading of TOJO's affidavit on December 29, 1947. The certificate attests that the document "Principles of Executing the National Policies of the Empire" containing the decisions of the council in the Imperial presence, held on November 5, 1941, is not at present in the custody of the First Demobilization Bureau. Certified by Miyama, Yozo on December 15, 1947.
