Abstract
Affidavit of KIDO, Koichi, Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal, affirmed and assigned Exhibit No. 3340 by the Tribunal. Read by William Logan on October 14-16, 1947. It includes 326 points, entries from his diary and KIDO's oath at the end of the document to tell the truth, dated September 29, 1947. Witnessed by KIDO's Defense Counsel S. Hozumi.
