Abstract
The Seminar has offered well over a hundred faculty and administrators an extended opportunity to explore the distinct challenges and gifts of being a Catholic, Jesuit University. In the year-long project of study and conversation, each participant is challenged to reflect deeply on how the core Jesuit values of Creighton inform his or her teaching, scholarship, clinical work, or administration, and to share these reflections with others. In this way the seminar provides opportunities for concrete development of one's vocation as educator, scholar, practitioner, or administrator.
