Abstract
FIRST PARAGRAPH(S)|The final Report for the Eighth Circuit Gender Fairness Task Force results from a collaborative effort on the part of people from the seven states and ten districts of the circuit to learn about gender differences in our courts. Information was collected from court employees, attorneys, parties, and jurors about their experiences and attitudes. This information and the recommendations made by the Task Force will be the subject of study as the Eighth Circuit Judicial Council considers appropriate next steps. Publication of the report in the Creighton Law Review will be of significant assistance in making the results of the study known and in encouraging dialogue about it...
