Abstract
Here is a fragile pop-up book that has survived some seventy years. Pop-op pages alternate with multi-colored pages, with two pop-ups back-to-back at the center. The pop-up function has all but disappeared over the years. Pop-ups include "The Lion Conquered by a Man"; "The Dog and the Crocodile"; "The Monkey and the Nut"; and "The Sparrow and the Rabbit." This book has a landscape rather than a portrait format. Be gentle with it!
