My favorites on this trip through are CXXXV, Le Curé et le Mort; CXLVIII, Les Femmes et le Secret, in which even the child is telling a secret to the dog!; CLXV, La Torrent et la Rivière, with its surprising view of the man and horse tipping over and struggling in the water; CLXXII, Le Singe et le Léopard (both plates); and CLXXXV, Le Trésor et les deux Hommes.
