Anthropocentrism in the Bible
Dr. Ron Simkins of Creighton’s Department of Theology discusses the claim the Bible is Anthropocentric and overly focused on humans. This is a common charge in some religious environmental writing. Simkins explains that is is better to understand the Bible as “Theocentric,” or focused on God.
