Abstract
This booklet is one of twelve published by Rekos in Greek, apparently upon the designs done by Susaeta for a European-language edition. Its sixteen pages display excellent and lively colored illustrations. Apparently eating a carrot is what does in the rabbit in this version of TH. With his tummy full, he falls asleep. The tortoise wears a jaunty top hat that bounces up in the air when the animals carry -- or even toss? -- him aloft in the last picture.
