Abstract
Maurice Malfait replaced assistant foreman, on vacation W. E. August 27, 1950, and was in charge of stuffing unit working on special Army order, Saturday, August 26, 1950. It was also necessary to use Melvin McGinnis, gang leader, in grinding room on this date because of working on this Army order. Both of these individuals have definite responsibilities when working on these military orders. Under normal operating requirements we are able to do a fair job of equalizing the hours.
