INTRODUCTION|Not only does the ordinary understanding of genocide relate to macro phenomena, that understanding which covers mass killings of all kinds, but the legal understanding of genocide also relates to macro phenomena as a proper analysis of the crime of genocide's intent requirement clearly reveals that genocide is a systemic crime.
