Grievance, Sausage Dept. Invite sometime, ago we had a incident where part of the gang and one of the youngest members 8th. Mahtacek worked a couple hours overtime. Maurice Fey and Miles Sekera was left out so they complained. Mike Fischer at that time said he would see to it that they would get the same. Last week me had the same story again. The chance was there but these two were left out again, although Ed. Machasck was on vacation at this time A week before wish would be Aug. 11 to 26 the youngest member Ed. Machacek received two hours more than the whole gang itself. we feel this practice of unequal distribution of hours in the guiding room should be look into and corrected immediately Miles Sckera
