Abstract
Climate Survey|Employee Climate Surveys are often administered for purposes of organizational training and development. Climate surveys are "seen as one of the most important factors in school effectiveness" (Van Horn, 2003). Given that schools are organizations, it is relevant to study the school climate. Climate surveys provide the opportunity for employees to state their perceptions of aspects of the work environment that theoretically affect job satisfaction and the delivery of
services to both students and faculty.
