Nebraska Briefs

Welcome to the Nebraska Briefs collection.

The Creighton University Klutznick Law Library / McGrath North Mullin & Kratz Legal Research Center offers a collection of Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals briefs, accessible to both members of the Creighton community and registered users. While anyone can search the collection, access to PDF files of individual briefs requires a login. Members of the Creighton community can conveniently use their Creighton NetID for access, whereas non-members have the option to register as users via the provided link in the upper right-hand corner of the Creighton Digital Repository interface.

Since 1995, all briefs in the collection are readily available in full text, offering researchers and legal professionals a wealth of resources at their fingertips. While full-text access is not yet available for pre-1995 briefs, the index provides valuable information indicating whether the print versions are available within the library's collection.

This ongoing project reflects the commitment of the Creighton Law Library to providing comprehensive legal resources to its users.
